- Engaging Service Providers (Information Technology, Training, Farm Equipment, Water, Energy, Spraying, International Standards and Business Processes etc.)
- Engaging in Contract Farming with several Producers (Farmers, Growers etc.) of Fresh Vegetables, Fresh Fruits, Nuts, Cereals, and Cashew.
- Engaging in Contract Manufacturing with compliance to International Standards of various Foods and Beverages (Food processing)
- Engaging in Supply Chain Management (Packing, Transportation, Storage, Pest Control, Assembly, Agencies, Inspection & Certification and Export Procedure etc.)
- Engaging in Category Management with Wholesalers, Distributors, Procurement Agencies, Spot & Commodity Exchanges, Retailers and Consumers
2. Financial Intermediation - We work with Banks, Financial Institutions, and Cooperative Development Corporations to arrange Supply Chain Finance to our Partners.
3. Information and Communcation Technology based Governance - With our web based ERP, CRM and B2B Infrastructure, we engage in governance (Finance & Performance, Information Technology, Assets & Personnel, Lifestyle & Change, and Rules & Compliance) of our Globally Integrated Enterprise.
